Consortium) ELADA 21 uses multimedia and geomatics
technology to access and disseminate Agenda 21 related
information. This software will process information
at regional, national and global scales and will make
possible the assessment of environmental changes through

PGGQ is a strategy of Quebec Government implemented
from 1998 to make easy the evolution of the steps

collaborate with in this strategy to put the geographic
information within reach of the public and of the
private sector through Internet, in the shape of products
